Is on the promenade in Penmaenmawr and opens at 8am, this is a 5 min steady walk to the start line.
So depending on where you are parked, you may have a 5 min walk to race hq and a 5 min walk to the start.
Number and chip collection
Is pick up on the day from race hq after 8am, please follow the parking signs and marshal instructions.
All parking is free, after exiting the A55 expressway you will need to follow the parking signs, then on entering the village you must follow the parking marshals instructions as parking is very restricted.
Changing and showers
There will be after race shower and changing facilities, these are kindly being provided to us by the sailing club located along the promenade. Please make sure you leave the facilities as clean & tidy as possible.
There will be a water station at approx 3 miles in the 10k race and also at the finish.
Water will be available at the finish for the other events.
Tshirts and medals are handed out at the finish line, presentation of 10k prizes will be at the finish line at approx 11am.

Headphones are not allowed during this race in accordance with UK Athletics rules as the course does not have a full road closure with the exception of bone-conducting headphones.

Where possible please leave your litter at the nearest water station or with the nearest marshal when a bin is not available. Runners will now be disqualified and taken off the results if seen deliberately discarding their rubbish outside of a water stop or not with a marshal.
