Race Day Information

Getting to the start in Conwy & Parking

From the A55 take junction 18 (If travelling from Chester) & junction 17 (If travelling from Bangor) and follow the signs and marshals for parking.
Sat Nav post code: LL32 8FZ.

We recommend you arrive in Conwy in plenty of time, Conwy is a small town and can become very congested on large events like this, the race start is only a five minute walk from car parks 1 & 2 as is the start/finish from race HQ.

We have two main parking areas available, and there is a £2 parking charge which allows you to park in town for the whole day:

Car park 1. For vehicles approaching Conwy via Llandudno Junction A55, turn left at the castle, under the arch and follow the road round to the car park, on Llanrwst Road.

Car park 2. For vehicles approaching from Bangor direction and as an overflow from car park 1, is located at the County Council offices in Bodlondeb.

There is also another overflow parking area located near Aberconwy school in the Morfa which is a ten minute walk in to Conwy.

The later you arrive the longer it will take to walk the start, we will not delay the start under any circumstances. The furthest parking area is approx a 10 minute jog or 20 min walk to the start.

Marshals will be on hand at all parking areas to guide you.
