- The half marathon will start at 11:00am and the fun run at 11:30am TIMES APPROX.
- The fun run will be approx 1 km along the beach.
- Due to the terrain, this course has been measured using a Garmin 610.
Is near the start finish on the Beacons. (Please do not try to park in the Mulberry car park or Conwy Golf Club, this is not for our use and you may be booked)
Please note there will be some extra parking on Morfa Drive outside Aberconwy School.

There will be a drink station at mile 4.5 Penmaenmawr Promenade, Mile 7.2 Dwygyfylchi, Mile 10 Cadnant Park, Conwy.
Toilets / Changing
Porta Toilets are located near the start finish, there are no changing facilities.
Please do not go swimming in the narrow area next to the jetty at the Beacons as the tide will be returning and the current will be too strong for swimming.
First Aid cover will be provided by a professional medical team. First Aid station will be located at the start and finish and on course. In order to help our medical team, help you it is critical you fill out the medical history information on the back of your race number. If you are injured or unwell to carry on at any stage please notify the nearest marshal who will call for First Aid assistance. It will be the discretion of the medical team if they transport you back to the finish.
If you retire from the race please return your timing chip & if you plan not to return to the finish, it’s really important that you please let the nearest Marshal to you know and give them your race number & Timing Chip. This is so we can account for you at the end of the race. It is your responsibility to arrange transport back to the start.
Tshirts / Medals / Prizes
There will be a Tshirt and medal for all runners to collect at the finish.
- Presentation of prizes will be made at 1pm near the finish.
- Prizes for Male/Female 1st, 2nd, 3rd overall and 1st in each age category.
- You must be at the presentation to claim your prize, we will not post it out.
You may leave a small bag (50cmx30cmx20cm) at the baggage area during the race where, if possible it will be manned , and although every effort will be made to securely store your baggage, Please DO NOT leave any valuables, cash. Jewellery etc in your bag as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. Items not in a bag maybe refused or left at your own risk.
A baggage facility may not be available at each event.
Due to limited space, we encourage you to leave your baggage in the car as parking is right by the start/finish

Merchandise – Opens at 9:00am
If you ordered a Technical Tshirt or hoodie online, these can be picked up from the merchandise trailer before or after the race, we will also have some available on race day. (Cash only)
At each race we have a huge jumble sale of old stock from past races, these items are on a cash only sale.
Headphones are not allowed during this race in accordance with UK Athletics rules as the course does not have a full road closure with the exception of bone-conducting headphones.
